Crash & Win – Terms & Conditions
The following is a list of terms and conditions for participation in Pragmatic Play’s Drops & Wins - ‘Crash & Win’ Network Promotion (the “Network Promotion”) for Pragmatic Play’s operators (the “Operator(s)”), whether offered directly or through a platform provider. The Network Promotion shall run from 6th of March 2024 to 5th of March 2025 (the “Network Promotion Term”) as a global promotion for Pragmatic Play’s crash games (the “Participating Games ”).
By participating in the Network Promotion, you hereby agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Moreover, these terms and conditions shall be subject to and be read in conjunction with the terms and conditions set out in the Software Licence Agreement entered into between Pragmatic Play and RANT Casino.
The Participating Games’ in-game rules are applicable, and these terms and conditions shall be read in conjunction with such rules.
Any capitalized terms contained herein which are not defined, shall have the same meaning used in the iGaming/gambling industry.

Crash & Win – General terms and conditions:
• The Network Promotion comprises of three hundred and sixty-four (364) daily prize drops (each a “Crash & Win Daily Prize Drop”) which will run weekly throughout the Network Promotion Term.
• To participate in any Daily Prize Drops, players must open any of the participating games and join/opt in.
• The total expected prize pool for the entire Network Promotion is one million two hundred and seventy-four thousand Euros (€ 1,274,000).
• For the avoidance of doubt, any undistributed portion of the prize pool at the end of any specific Crash & Win Daily Prize Drop shall be carried forward into subsequent stages or into the next Network Promotion.
• The Network Promotion prizes may be won by players in the form of fixed cash amounts as set out in the respective prize table further below.
• All prizes won during the Network Promotion Term must be paid out as a fixed cash amount prizes with no wagering requirements.

MECHANICS
• The Network Promotion includes three hundred and sixty-four (364) Crash & Win Daily Prize Drop (each a “Promotions Day”).
• In order to be eligible to participate in a Crash & Win Daily Prize Drop, a player is required to place a real money bet with a minimum of fifteen Euro cents (€0.15)* or the equivalent amount in the available currency on the participating game(s) is required (hereinafter a “Qualifying Bet”).
*Exceptions may apply to the territory of Argentina where the minimum bet is the equivalent of eighteen Euro cents (€0.18), and South Africa, Lesotho, and Eswatini, where the minimum bet requirement is the equivalent of five Euro cents (€0.05).
• Only the first eight hundred (800) Qualifying Bets per day within each Crash & Win Daily Prize Drops (the “Qualifying Bets Limit”) will be counted towards as eligible for each Promotion. All Qualifying Bets placed after reaching the Qualifying Bets Limit will not be counted towards each Crash & Win Daily Prize Drop.
• One (1) Qualifying Bet may trigger one (1) prize from the prize pool during each promotion.
• The random Crash & Win Daily Prize Drop rules and prize tables are built in the participating games. The prize table updates in real-time showing the current standings as well as the number of prizes left.
• Prizes will be paid out as per the ‘Prizes’ tab found in each of the Participating Games.
• Prizes are paid out in the form of fixed cash amounts.
• A player may win multiple Daily Prize Drops in each Daily Prize Drop Day.
• The Daily Prize Drop will end daily upon the earlier of: (i) 18:59 CEST/CET or (ii) when there are no more prizes left.

How players may participate in a Crash & Win Daily Prize Drop:
1. A player must join or opt in in any of the Participating Games.
2. A player must place a Qualifying Bet on any Participating Game(s) in a Crash & Win Daily Prize Drop.
3. Any Qualifying Bet placed on any of the Participating Games may trigger one (1) random prize from the prizepool during a Crash & Win Daily Prize Drop period.

NETWORK PROMOTION TERM: Including Crash & Win Daily Prize Drops:
• To be eligible to participate in the Crash & Win Daily Prize Drops, a player shall be required to play a Qualifying Bet under the following conditions:
• All spins made with a real money bet meeting the required minimum bet amount on the participating game(s) will be considered as a Qualifying Bet and will take part in Crash & Win Daily Prize Drops.
• Any Qualifying Bet placed on any of the participating games may trigger one (1) random prize from the prize pool during a Crash & Win Daily Prize Drop period.

Participating Games:
Spaceman, High Flyer, Big Bass Crash (each a “Participating Game”, collectively referred to as “Participating Games”)

CRASH & WIN DAILY PRIZE DROPS
▪ Win criteria: Any real money spin in the participating games may trigger a random cash prize.
▪ Prizes: Expected weekly prize pool of twenty-four thousand and five hundred Euros (€ 24,500) in total and expected daily prize pool of three thousand and five hundred Euros (€ 3,500) across three hundred (300) prizes in the form of fixed cash amounts.

General Rules
• Players are required to opt-in to the Network Promotion. Players are also required to join/optin in a game.
• Any and all prizes will be granted pursuant to these terms and conditions, which Pragmatic Play may, in its absolute discretion, amend at any time.
• Pragmatic Play shall pay out an estimated one million two hundred and seventy-four thousand Euros (€ 1,274,000) in aggregate for the Network Promotion during the Network Promotion Term.
• In-game tool languages: Arabic, Armenian, Bulgarian, Chinese, Croatian, Czech, Dutch, English, Estonian, Finnish, French, Georgian, German, Greek, Hungarian, Indonesian, Japanese, Korean, Malaysian, Norwegian, Persian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Serbian, Slovak, Spanish, Thai, Turkish, Ukrainian, and Vietnamese.
• In-game tool currency: Pragmatic Play’s games support all currencies included in the standard currency system ISO 4217 (“Available Currency”).
• The minimum bet currency equivalent is to be found in a separate document attached in the dedicated Drops & Wins section for Crash & Win called “Drops & Wins Conversion rates”. If the currency-locked value is unavailable, the minimum bet will be rounded up to the next higher available bet size in the participating game. The Drops & Wins Conversion rates shall be updated at Pragmatic Play’s sole and absolute discretion.
• The currency conversion rates equivalent is to be found in a separate document attached in the dedicated Drops & Wins section for Crash & Win called “Drops & Wins Conversion rates”. If the currency-locked value is unavailable, then a System conversion rate locked in for the period of a Crash & Win Daily Prize Drop will be used instead. The Drops & Wins Conversion rates shall be updated at Pragmatic Play’s sole discretion.
• The payment of cash prizes must not be conditioned on any wagering requirements. Players shall be able to withdraw prizes immediately should they elect to do so.
• Prizes/wins may be subjected to any verification processes as may be required by Pragmatic Play.
• Any players located in Italy, Denmark, Lithuania, Sweden, and Portugal shall be excluded from participating in the Network Promotion.
• If the terms & conditions have been translated into various languages, these reflect the same principles. However, in case of any discrepancies between the different language versions, the English version shall prevail.
• Pragmatic Play reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Network Promotion, including any related terms and conditions, at any time. Any such amendment will not affect players that have opted-in unless the amendment is required to manage/prevent fraud and other unlawful behaviour.
